Deposits:
Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% for a single night stay and 100% of the first night for a multi-night stay.
If the deposit is paid by credit or debit card by telephone or online, you will be sent a debit authorisation form.
If the deposit is paid by cheque, you will be asked to pay the equivalent of the first night’s stay.
Bookings will only be considered as confirmed on receipt of written confirmation from our reservations department.
The deposit will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay.
Cancellation:
The total amount of the first night will be charged if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the specified date of arrival or in the event of a “no show”. Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by our reservations department.
Early departure:
If a stay is cut short less than 48 hours before the original departure date, the equivalent of a one night stay will be charged by the hotel in compensation.
Arrival time:
Bookings are held until 6pm. Please notify the hotel if you are likely to arrive after this time.
Departure:
Rooms must be vacated before 11am.
Arrival:
We will do all we can to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible. However, please understand that this is not possible before 3pm.
